Q: How are crystal keys manufactured?
A: A crystal key is made of four components: key blade, key head,
printed sticker, and crystal epoxy. Like all regular keys, the key
blade is made of brass and plated in silver color. The key head is
made of zinc alloy with an indentation on both sides. There is a
square hole inside the key head to receive the key blade. Our
workers apply an appropriate glue into the hole and insert the key
blade. The combination is extremely strong. A waterproof printed
sticker is placed on the indented area (can be round, square or any
other shape) and is then covered by a crystal clear expoxy liquid.
The liquid is heated for 8-10 hours and get solidified. After one
side is finished, we do the same for the other side. When all is
done, we inspect the quality, picking out defective ones and pack
the good ones.
Q: What is the price of each printed key?
A: We do not have a fixed unit price. The prices of crystal keys
depend on the key styles, shapes, sizes and order quantities. But
we will surely offer our best prices. Please send us an inquiry
with your detailed requirements and your expected order quantity.
Q: What does key style mean?
A: Key styles are also known as keyways or key profiles and are
indicated by such codes as KW1, SC1, KW10, WR5, LW4, UL050, TE2
etc. These are actually codes of famous lock companies, for
instance, KW stands for Kwikset and LW stands for Lockwood. Key
styles are mainly differentiated through the grooves on the key
shank, or the length of the working part of the key.
Q: What kind of pictures can be printed onto the keys?

Therefore, all pictures, logos, texts can be printed with high
quality as long as the source file is of a high resolution.
Q: How can I get samples of crystal keys?
A: If you just want to get a few random samples, we can offer to send
you several crystal key samples, free of charge. All you have to
pay is the shipping cost. However, if you want to see samples of
your own design, you'll need to pay a sampling cost of US$50 and a mold cost (US$300) if
you're ordering a key style that we do not have ready stock. Currently we only have ready-stock KW1 and SC1 key

require to make a key head of a new shape or new size, you'll need to pay a mold cost for the new key head (US$200).
Q: Do I get a refund for the mold cost or sampling cost if I place an
order after the sampling?

as long as your order quantity meets our refund policy. The key
head mold cost of $200 and the sampling fee of US$50 will be
refunded if your order quantity is 5000 keys or more. The key blank

quantity reaches 20,000 keys. Of course, the total of 20,000 keys
can be divided into multiple designs and consecutive orders.

Q: How are the keys shipped to my address?
A: For order quantities of less than 10,000 keys, we would recommend
